She co-initiated the artists’ group L’APPEL for creating works site-specifically. She produces several pieces in collaboration with Samuel Fried and later with Ayla Pierrot Arendt under the collective Fluoressenz for Tanzhaus Zürich, Gessnerallee Theaterhaus Zürich and Künstlerhaus Mousonturm Frankfurt (2013-2017). She is guest choreographer and workshop leader for Overseas Culture Interchange in Natal, Brazil (Historia / Container) and Beirut, Lebanon (We met to discuss rhe value of birds). Together with Ioannis Mandafounis she performs One One One internationally (Madagascar, Russia, South Africa). Together they create NU, a piece for 1 spectator at a time. She is invited to produce outdoors site-specific works at Paradise AIR 2016 in Tokyo, at the festival Dansand ! KAAP 2017 in Osteende, at Performance Reihe Neu-Oerlikon 2019 in Zürich, and at Hiver de Danses 2020 in Neuchâtel.

2017-2018, Émilia is Youth Associated Artist at Gessnerallee Zürich, (YAA! an initiative of pro Helvetia). In 2018, Stadt Zürich awards Trans:plant Y, a research-project about vegetal intelligence in collaboration with Grégoire Paultre Negel. After a long process of labs, discussions, practices, walks, try-outs with guests and audience, they create together the choreography Trans:plant at the Gessnerallee Theaterhaus Zürich in October 2019.

Émilia’s work attempts to involve a collective of spectators physically, giving way to an organic and intimate experience of the self in relation to others, while sustaining the experience with theatrical apparatus. She studies Shadow Yoga with Alexandra Gilbert, Shiatsu with Alain Tauch, and Gestalt psychotherapy with Brigitte Pinat et Françoise Buisson.
